My 4-year-old daughter loves this dog. She wanted a real dog and i said okay let's see if you can take care of a robot dog. It does all kinds of cool stuff with the controller and then i'm going to scan the app on her ipad and get the voice commands and whatnot. But she's treating it just like a real dog she puts it to sleep at night and she's taking care of it and then maybe one day she can graduate to the real thing. Kids are good responsibility and accountability.
